a brief history

Why is it called Tiny Garage?

Tiny garage was born as an expression of what The Towne Cycles represents; community connection.

The shop was looking for a way to more intentionally create a space for people to connect and enjoy each other and the space of the shop. So after a music event was proposed a name was chosen, Tiny Garage, and a performer found. And one Friday afternoon in August of 2018, the mechanics “cleaned” up the shop, connected a mic to a karaoke machine, and hung it from the cieling of the shop…

Now 6 plus years later and in a new location, we are excited to be bringing back the simple formula that has spread so much joy!
